How we handle your personal information, and our cancellation and refund terms.

Privacy Policy

Fuji International Exchange is run by Excolovita, which is responsible for the personal information described here. For questions or requests, email contact@fujicamp.com.

  • We collect only what you give us in our forms, such as contact details, your children's details and, at registration, their health, dietary, and photo-permission information. We use it only to review applications, run the program, keep children safe, and take payments, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
  • Health details are seen only by the organizers who manage registrations and the staff member in charge of your child, and are shared with venues, activity providers, insurers, or medical services only when your child's participation or safety needs it. Photos of children are published only with a parent or guardian's permission.
  • Our forms and records are stored with our hosting provider in the United States, and payments are processed by Stripe; by submitting a form, you agree to this. Email contact@fujicamp.com at any time to see, correct, or delete your information.
